Cancellation Policy

Makotek retains the right to cancel any received order(s) under the following circumstances:

System Error
If there is a system error, orders may be automatically canceled. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 working days. Please promptly inform customercare@makotekcomputers.com.

Non-Compliance with Order Requirements, including stock hoarding on specific items.

Stock Discrepancies

Suspected Fraudulent Activities

Acts of Nature, such as calamities and severe weather conditions.

Stringent Health and Safety Protocols

Other instances beyond the control of Makotek.

In the event of a dispute, the decision of Makotek's e-commerce management will be final.
